I like to propose something if you all agree...
Since we are pretty much in the same boat, I'm sure there are some guys that even if they have had a hysterectomy(ha)also have a few pounds to spare,What about if we all get together , we weight our selves ( we have to post it here

) and start in a ... 1 week plan, we all try to do something, either walking, eating healthier or all of the above, by the end of that one week we all post again our new weights, even if we don't loose anything it'll keep our minds in something positive.
We can each give us support and share tips, no winners, no loosers, just a little step in the right direction.
What do you all think?
