I work from home most of the time, so I spend A LOT of time with my two, even more so since I found out Ruthie was sick. I love being with my dogs... they make me happy. I used to take them everywhere with me, but with two it's now gotten a little harder, so if I do step out for a bit, I'll leave them home. They have free run of the place, so no crates. Actually, they are never confined unless they are in their celltei carrier going somewhere with me! I love taking them to the park and letting them meet other doggies — I just keep an eye on them around other dogs. I am very careful about who I leave the dogs with if I go away for a couple days — I refuse to board the dogs — but luckily I have 3 great options for dog sitters when the time comes. |
