The water is the hard part for me. I hate the stuff lol it isn't really the taste I don't like, its the lack of caffeine. I have a MAJOR caffeine addiction. In fact I haven't had any since I woke up and I'm already starting to get a headache.
You should try getting some protein powder (like a vanilla flavor so you can mix it with anything) and using a scoop of that in your smoothies. Use water instead of milk or juice (or get the lite soy milk if you must have it). A banana will thicken it up (I peel, halve and freeze bananas for smoothies) or you can use some plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt. I get all different kinds of frozen berries so you can have something different. I also have a little recipe somewhere to make a smoothie that tastes like a cinnamon roll~ it's yummy! Put in a Tablespoon of Udo's oil or flax seed oil and you've got a perfect meal. You could even use some instant coffee in the vanilla and have a coffee smoothie
