I've seen those before... but NOT in leather. The ones I've seen have been made of much softer fabric and claim to be quite comfortable for the dog because it supports their whole carriage, so just their legs dangle. Mind you, I am NOT advocating this carrier, I think it's ridiculous and can't imagine a dog being HAPPY like that. Either let them WALK or get a proper carrier!
