Hey what is this I'm 5' 3" and I have 10 lbs I'd sure like to get rid of and can't seem to lose. I walk a mile or two every day depending how the weather is. I walk alot inside when the weather is bad, love fruits and veggies and eat healthy. I try to stay away from salt so frozen dinners don't work for me.
Really diets don't work for me period. If I am on a diet, all I do is think of food and for me just eating healthy all the time is the answer. I do so many things right and can't get it down but I keep thinking of what I could weigh if I wasn't doing what I am doing.
