I'm not sure if there are hematologists or infectious diseases vets but if there are I would try consult one of them as you need to figure out why she's having many infections? Is she immune deficient in some way? Or other blood cell disorder? Is there a metabolic problem? I would try to figure it out because what if there is an underlying problem that can be resolved?
