Thank you for your post and the reminder to us all that we should each take a moment to think of those who fight to allow us to live life as we know it here in this wonderful country. I come from a large military family.....both grandfathers, mom, dad, and step-mom are all retired Air Force. Now my brother and step-brother are serving in the Air Force and have both served multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan (now both home safe and sound once again). The selflessness of our soldiers is a testiment to the dedication they have to serve our country. The sacrifices that their families make to stand behind their loved ones is amazing. It is easy for us to get caught up in our every day lives and forget the many out there fighting for us, but reminders like this help us all to stop and be thankful. It is so important to remember that freedom is not free.......thank you to all of those who willingly put their lives on the line for our country and for the families for their many sacrifices.
