I have four week old puppies. One little girl, the last one born is not using her hind legs. At first today I thought they were paralyzed. But I held her up and she moved them. They are spread apart and wobbly. She moves the front two but then kinda drags the back ones behind her. Does this sound serious? There is no hip dysplasia in either mom or dads line.
