I have not gotten through them, however, I did find that 1-800-petmeds is actually cheaper for a lot of the meds. In 04 my long time companion was diagnosed with heart disease and needed to be on meds for the rest of her life. Through the vet I was paying over 300 a month. I called 1-800-petmeds and they gave me a price of 120 a month. When I went to get the prescription from the vet, he lowered the price to match.
