It's normal. Gus was neutered at 7 months (he's 4 now) and the same thing happens with him. Sometimes I'm like whoa boy put that thing away. lol
He doesn't get a large ball shape at the end of his penis but that wouldn't have anything to do with castration, just different shapes and sizes is my guess.
We're not too far off topic, are we?
