Im sorry if I shouldnt answer being that the question was addressed to someone else lol but I just wanted to say that no one can guarentee the size a puppy will be as an adult. The first step in getting closest to what you are looking for would be get your baby from a reputable breeder. They cant tell you exactly what size it will be but can estimate better due to knowing what size puppy/adults their pair produces. a breeder is a better way to go when buying a puppy for many other reasons as well.
