 a special dress for Bella
So as most of you know, I am getting married July 5th and would love to get a harness dress made for Bella and possibly a harness vest made for Benji. I have some fabric left from my bridesmaid's dresses (we got belts made out of the fabric). Just wondering how much it would cost and if someone could do it for me and get it done before then.
