It wasn't a Puppia harness at all. It was a step in harness that I purchased.
Soft material that he stepped into. It was adjusted on either side with a slide
clip. The two D rings came together at the top and leash clipped on.
Just like the choke free harness you mentioned but was not that brand.
I have two and am afraid to use them again because of this.
