LOL girl - I'm sorry for laughing but your post tickled me....you can do it girl !! I know you can.


It sucks trying to lose and I don't have any good advise except fill up on veggies before meals and space them out so you eat just a little but often.
I lost weight after my husband died and I guess got too thin (I don't think so but others do)
for dinner - I eat is 'SMART ONES' by Weight watchers cause I can't cook for only me

- but - they're pretty good even being low cal -
then there's always Weight watchers - I've read that alot of people get great results.
