thanks for everyone's replies! My aunt just heard somewhere that going to the beach a lot gives the dog cancer...They don't go in the water and don't run around in the sand either because my mom and my aunt bike and/or walk to the beach from my aunt's house and the area that allows dogs on the sand is too far so they walk along the road and get to sit in the bike baskets.
