I hope it's nothing - when they cry or limp our hearts break..I know I was in tears over Chanel limping that day - she did stop crying when she walked but if I picked her up she would yelp - that only lasted a day - so HOPEFULLY your Lexi has something similar...just keepp watching her - you COULD call your vet and ask about baby asprin - My vet told me to give Chanel a piece - they can tell you by weight how much of one to cut up.
