haha Roscoe used to do the same thing with the pads.....grab them and run around the house......I just had to realize it wasn't his fault he was having accidents....it was our fault for not taking him out often/long enough......I find that his bladder is so little he pees ever 30-45 minuts so I make sure me or my gf take him out and keep him out till he does something.......Roscoe also hates the rain and chooses to do his business directly on the sidewalk instead of the wet grass............but I agree with you...I feel they get too confused trying to learn both.
