Thanks for all of your responses. Her tests showed that her thyroid is not working right. She is feeling better, actually squeakng her toys. She got her first dose tonight, and there are a lot of pills in that bottle!
Maybe her hair will grow better now.

Thyroid problems and hair growth problems seem to run together. The vet probably has found the source of her illness. Good Luck to you both and hope she gets well!
