Girls I have a question about the Toplines on Yorkies.

When you go to adopt a Yorkie either Bitch or Stud...Do you run your hands over them to insure they have a good topline??? If so how do you do this and what else do you do as far as feeling/looking at the New Bitch or Stud when your considering adopting one? What question do you ask the Breeder??? Thanks for any thoughts on this. Hugs to all
