Any new puppy should be taken to the vet ASAP for a wellness check. Your baby is really too young to be away from its mom, but that's water under the bridge. If she's been drinking cow's milk, I would suspect that may be affecting her poo. Yorkie babies are subject to going downhill fast if something is wrong so watch out for her. Diarrhea can send them into hypoglycemic shock very quickly which is one of the main dangers to her at this stage. If she hasn't had any shots yet, you should hold off until at least 8 weeks. Any shots she may have had until this point would be ineffective due to her getting immunity from suckling her mom so you may have to start over with her. Take her to the vet for a check-up and keep a close eye on her at this stage. A baby such as yours can be a lot to take on for a new owner. Good luck with her and Welcome to YorkieTalk!! There's lots of good info if you search the site and there's always someone around if you have any questions.
