The most common problem with Yorkies' rear legs is luxating patella. That's when the kneecap slips out of its track. Luxating patellas are classified as grades 1 thru 4. Grades 1 & 2 don't usually require surgery but the more serious cases do. I would have a vet check it out. In the meantime, you should limit her jumping up and down from couches, beds, etc. as that will aggravate the condition.
