Most Persian rugs are actually pretty sturdy. I would use an enzyme cleaner like Natures Miracle so she won't return to the same spot. You might want to clean it, and then store it for a while until she is house broken. Natures Miracle won't bleach the rug, it has enzymes in it that actually "eat" the protein found in urine feces, and vomit. These proteins can't be removed with other methods of cleaning and the animal will smell the protein and return to the same spot. Usually the biggest problems are with colors bleeding and Persian rugs seem to hold up better than most.
