You are right that there are a lot of scams out there, but I don't think you really had anything solid to say what you said. Even if she can't find the papers, when I got Rocky a girl was rehoming him due to a divorce. She was moving here from out of state and the papers were at her ex's house, I really didn't care for the papers so I didn't hound her for them, so even with no papers, I still wasn't scammed
