No big deal at all. I know there is a lot of variety in prices depending on where you live and the shops you have available. Believe it or not, I've had quite a few inquiries about these items (after they were spoken for) wanting them because they were so much less expensive than they could find them in their home town.
I always find it interesting to see what things go for in other areas.
