Sounds like your friends, with their careless attitude towards vaccinations, could be responsible for a parvo outbreak in your area. Every time they leave their house, they are probably carrying some of the virus with them. Friends or not, I would call someone about them. They could be responsible for the death of more dogs if they don't clean up their act. If they don't know, or don't care, about proper dis-infecting their home and yard, they should call in a professional. This situation is already serious and could get much worse.
