I boarded Latte for the first time last year. I checked into the kennels closest to my house and then gave myself a mental lecture that went something like this: There are people who leave their children-babies- with a sitter all day while they go to work. If they can find someone to take care of their OFFSPRING, I can find someone to take care of my dog. I am a grown-up; I can do this!
Ok, I did call them after a day and a half and I did cry a little bit when I put her in that HUGE (to her) kennel. But she was just fine and I am confident she will be again when we go to Vegas for our 25th anniversary.
Just go check out the places yourself and ask a lot of questions. Our babies are so cute, I know they get special spoiling where ever they stay.
