First I need to say... HOLY CRAP!!!!?!?!?!!??! $400 for highlights????? I just choked a bit.
When I did get my hair done at the salon; now my friend does it; I tip'd $5-$10 if I was impressed with her work and it cost me about $60 to get highlights.
