Some breeders make potential buyers fill out a questionnaire. Set standards that you want in an owner of one of your puppies and don't sell to anyone that doesn't stand up to those standards. Maybe you can surf around and see what kind of questions some breeders ask, and make a list of important questions...you can put together our own questionnaire.
