Sounds like you have a lot on your plate. I would wait. I waited nearly 12 years for my first and originally wanted to wait until my youngest was at least in middle or high school. I think with starting teaching, getting married is a load in itself..then comes baby in the baby carriage....
I would give it a few years...just to get settled in with your new life, career....it'll go fast! JMO I think I can speak for each and every yorkie owner...you will be miserable having to leave the baby especially if you were to get one so close to school starting up.
