I personally wouldn't bathe more than once a week unless there was no way around it. (Like the time Preston played in a mud hole the day after he got his bath, that was great! HA HA) If it is just a matter of smelling bad, you might try what I do between baths. I got some Aussie leave in conditioner, and when I comb him, I use that to make sure to not damage his hair when combing. The great benefit to this is that he smells wonderful, and the smell lasts for several days.
