I just want to say that I think meetup groups so much fun. I have been a member of the Suffolk County Yorkie Meetup for the past year. We meet once a month and it is such a great way to socialize - for both the pups and their humans. Today I hosted our meetup for the first time and there were 15 pups running around my yard. It doesn't get better than that.
If you are not part of a meetup group, you should really find one in your area -- or start one of your own. I found my group on Meetup.com and now belong to 3 groups.
