Just wanted to thank everyone for all the help. I have learned so much from this site, in just one week.
Also - I have to share a story about Luca with you.
I really learned alot last week about the right foods to feed yorkies. And following your suggestions I bought Pro Plan Sensitive Skin and Stomach.
I know that you are suppose to mix the old and new and slowly take out the old from the dog's diet, so that is what I did. When I added the new stuff, I noticed that when Luca would eat and get a bite of the old stuff, he would spit it out on the rug beside the bowl and only eat the new stuff. Needless to say, there was a small pile of the old stuff on the floor that night.
Well, the next morning, I took him outside as usual, then came back in to the kitchen, which is where his food bowl is. Luca barked at me - which is out of the norm for him. So, I looked down at his food, and all that was left in the bowl was the old stuff. He had picked out and eaten all of the new type of food. So I threw the old away and gave him new. I can tell he is so much happier now. (and he has stopped the excessive pooping
)
