you are only fooling yourself to say "they may or may not come from a puppy mill" THEY DO. NO responsible breeder would bring his/her puppy to a pet store to be sold. Yorkie puppies need supervision 24/7- which does not happen at a petstore.. they are alone all night and are not getting the proper socalization. By buying from there you are saying that puppy mills are ok- the petstore will see this and will keep selling puppies because people keep buying them. There is a reason that people with small children should not have yorkies. The breeders are not trying to be mean but i'm sure people could line up here to tell you what has happened with yorkies and small children. Just yesterday i had Layla around an 18 month old little boy... my eyes were glued on them both and he almost fell on her. It's just not worth the risk. I hope you will condsider a larger breed from a reputable breeder.
