I agree. I think the collar was just too loose. If you can stick more than one finger between the collar and neck, it's too big. I only use collars when I'm concerned there is a slight possibility of him getting out. That way he has ID. (like people constantly coming in and out, or giving him access to our little porch on our apt. Even though it's all blocked off, I get a little nervous).
