I have always had my dog on HeartGuard, until I switched to Sentinel, which I thought would be great since it takes care of Fleas and Heart Worm...well...not so much. It makes the Fleas sterile...so that they don't reproduce, but doesn't kill them. So your dog can still swallow one and get tapeworm. I found out about revolution, which is topical and is for both H.W. prevention and Fleas. What a great idea!!! I think I will try that next!!!
