Have you ever been on Meetup: World's largest community of local Meetups, clubs and groups! - Meetup.com ? You can find a yorkie meetup group near you and then maybe you can meet some dog owners that live near you that might give you referrals for day care or may possibly be able to take care of her for you. I feel so bad for you, she is obviously a fighter!! I hope you find a solution soon!!
