Anyone from the house where the parvo is could bring it to your house on their shoes, likewise you could bring it home if you went there. I've read that the virus can live for 6 months. Even with your pup being vaccinated, I wouldn't want him anywhere near the virus at all. The people at the affected house should be very mindful of just how easy it is to spread this virus.
