This is stealing I believe, when a breeders has worked for years to develop a healthy beautiful dog, and then someone comes around and essentially steals the "patent". When you buy a product you do not have the right to reproduce the product and sell it as your own invention. This is one of the ways, I believe, that enables you to select a good breeder, because bad breeders don't really care what happens to the pups after leaving the premises. By the way, some breeders are turning away from limited registration and spaying the dogs before they leave home.
