Good advice has been posted here. Lots and lots of weeks and months of patience is needed. It will be well worth it if you stick to your consistent scheduled.
I would just add that housebreaking outdoors with a harness and a retractable leash did the trick for us.
We were always there to supervise and watch what our pup did or did not do! I also recommend foul weather gear for you and your pup!

Do hang in there as everyone recommends. The love and joy you will get in return from your Yorkie pup will we well worth the hard work.
