The dog that was DQ'd was bred by a lady that has been showing and breeding for years. Sandy's dogs are beautiful!!! I was standing right by the table where the ring steward was and I wished you could've seen her face when this happened!!! She looked shocked and rolled her eyes. I got second place with my bitch that day. I personally have never had a problem with Filburn. He finished my male years ago and gave my male a point last year at Burlington, IA.
They protested to the AKC Rep. after judging and Filburn stated - "No Discussion!"

Yes, Sandy has very nice yorkies!
And yes, owner of the Open Bitch is somewhat new but the dog came from Mary (breeder and co-owner) - also has great yorkies!

Reason I held my entry when he was here. You just do not know what will happen. And then that day he judged here - no DQ and there was a very dark coated yorkie in the ring (Open Bitches - with a thumbprint!). So you just don't know!
