I totally agree with what you did. It looks like your company has some bad apples and someone needs to come in and sort them out. You did a good job. I don't think you should feel guilty. Just think of how grateful you would be if you were the owner of the company and someone reported cheating. I believe in honesty in the workplace and in life. Good luck to you.
