I love questions like this because that just goes to show how much people don't know the history of the Yorkshire Terrier. They were originally bred to be up to 30pds, so no honey your baby is not abnormal, if anything just a "teapot" as they say but originally they were bred to be up to 30lbs, it was until 1930 that they started to make the smaller yorkies we all know today.
