Hmmm, well - first, congrats on your new baby !!! Personally, I probably wouldn't give the kefir - I'd probably just skip it. What dry food are you giving?

Also, *when* does her tummy "blow up" - after dinner in the evening? If so, it sounds like a change is needed there. Are you giving supplements with the evening homecooked dinner (bc you do need to )? Also, since dogs don't need veggies - she could be having quite a bit of trouble with them - which might be why her tummy is distressed.

So, you could choose a good kibble and canned combo and/or do a bit of homecooking. Either way, it's important to get her to eat in the morning - so perhaps mixing her kibble w/ some canned might be a good option for you?
