That's what Madison does too, and the vet told me it was reflux, or "reverse sneezing"/snuffling...but is due to his gastrointestinal issues. He's on Pepcid A/C 1/2 tab a day now....I'm not sure that it's gotten a whole lot better, but at least he's not vomiting anymore.
Definitely bring it up to your vet though when you see her/him.
