My Cavalier King Charles SPaniel, Louis' is almost nonexistant! I wonder if spaying young makes a difference b/c at 14 months I haven't ever even seen him...aroused...
He had a puppy nueter since his breeder insisted before he came home he was fixed - at ten weeks. Does that have to do with it?
My poor *little* man....
