I work for the state in a position that I feel REALLY helps people. And on most days I'm really proud of the work I do. Everybody has THOSE days, no matter where they work, what they do or how they feel about their jobs. But, when you start having a majority of THOSE days, so much so that it overshadows everything else you do, that's when it's time to look for a new job.
