I'm happy to see that it seems like a lot of people have success with training their Yorkies to go inside and outside. I'm going to be getting a Yorkie (or other small dog... still deciding!) soon, and I'm starting to like the option of having the dog use the pads sometimes... my dogs have always been big, so I had no choice but to take them outside all the time.
I think the indoor option sounds like it might be a good idea, especially since I'll be traveling a lot. Do any of you have experience with having your dogs use pads in hotel rooms or friends' houses? Does the training carry over or do they have accidents in new environments?
