That's what Wylie's looked like! Grey, bulbous - but it was in front - on the lower lip. It did go down after about 3 weeks. I don't recall the vet gave us anything for it, just told us to watch it. He said it just happens sometimes and that if it gets larger or doesn't shrink - then they have to remove it surgically - but oftentimes, it just goes down on its own over time.
