 5 month Yorkie has one ear flopping
Hi Everyone! I have a 5 month old Yorkie who since 8 weeks old, has had both ears stand erect, yet 2 days ago, I noticed that her left ear was starting to flop. I had not trimmed her ears, so yesterday I took it upon myself to trim some hair on the back of her ears, and today it seems to have gotten worse. I have read about taping, and might consider this, but I am hoping that this problem corrects itself. Does anyone know if it is normal for a Yorkie to all of a sudden have a floppy ear? Also, does anyone know if I should take action on this, and what it should be? Any feedback would be extremely helpful! |
