I feed mine wellness. Yorkies are prone to trouble from too much protein so I stick with the lower amount. I feed my puppy the adult formula also. Puppy formulas usually have a higher protein count. If I owned a large breed puppy...I would be inclined to feed puppy food simply because of their rapid growth.
